Oggie Susanto was born october 22nd,1985, in Denpasar- Bali. He is the first child and the only son in his family.When he was a child, the family treated him like a king. His parents opened a small building material shop in Sanur. When oggie was a child, he used to helped his parents to make concrete brick,and also put in the sand into the truck, and then he delivered building material together with his father to the customers.They were live in simple family.Oggie has finished his study from elementary till junior high school in Cipta Dharma School Foundation.Then he continued to SMU 1 Denpasar. He likes everything about building, construction, landscape, and also interior design. That is why, after he graduate from senior high school which was SMU 1 Denpasar, he then continued his study into School of Architect Department of Engineering in Udayana University.
He likes travelling overseas alot, and he alsways love to learn other culture in the other part of the world. Because he thought architecture is performed by the culture surrounding it. For the example, western culture is completly different with asian culture, and it will be implicated to the architecture. Although he thinks Western architecture and Asian architecture is different, but nowadays we could see some of western architecture is built in Asian country as impact globalization.
His hobbies is playing billiard, fishing, and travelling. He usually goes to fishing once a month. one day, he went to Nusa Penida for fishing. He got a big one of barracuda fish, he was really excited.
Currently, he works in consultant of architecture at Sanur. His job is making the concept until working drawing for villas, dive resort, boutique hotel, residential. He love what his doing, he could keep maintaining his imagination through the work of architecture.
He is planning to continue his study into postgraduate degree. He has already applied for the program and he still waiting for the result. Hopefully in the next couple of year, he would see himself as a student in Scholl of Natural Environment, Department of Engineering in University of South Australia. So God please help and bless him..
